An exquisite assortment of fresh pastries and delicate tea sandwiches are presented on our signature silver three-tier stand, such as a croque madame served with aged Comté cheese and a light bechamel sauce, a potato millefeuille with caviar and crème fraiche and a wagyu cecina roll with black truffle. Patisseries and cakes inspired by both French and local flavors include the pandan chouquette, calamansi tartelette with confit calamansi and Vanuatu vanilla flan feuilleté.

For The Blue Box Café’s signature burger, Chef Royer brings his distinct creative touch. Starting with a proprietary blend of Wagyu and Angus beef, the burger is complemented by a soft potato bun, tomatoes, lettuce and a secret sauce, along with the chef’s unique additions, such as heirloom beetroots comprised of salt-roasted beetroots with crunchy almonds, a green, spicy arugula oil and fresh goat’s cheese.
