Watch Care

• Cleaning: For metal bracelets and water-resistant cases, clean with a soft brush and soapy water. Dry with a soft cloth. If exposed to salt water, promptly rinse the watch in fresh water.
   
  
• Water resistance: Water resistance varies per design. We recommend having the water resistance tested if the watch was subject to a severe shock.
   
  
• Crown: For select models, after every adjustment or winding, ensure the crown is in normal position (tightened against the case) to help protect the watch from water damage.
  
  
• Strap: For leather, alligator or satin-finish straps, avoid contact with water, extended exposure to sunlight and contact with greasy or oily substances.

Like any precision instrument, a fine watch requires regular maintenance. To ensure that your watch operates for many years, we recommend it be serviced every four years and that the watch battery be replaced every two years.
