The Time for Speed collection pays tribute to the House’s heritage of expert Swiss watchmaking and handcrafting racing trophies. Inspired by race cars from the 1950s, each clock is crafted in aluminium with black and Tiffany Blue® automotive paint and features hard-wearing rubber tyres with polished stainless steel spokes and rims. On the car’s left side, a brushed stainless steel aperture displays the hours and minutes. The radiator-style grille is monogrammed with our logo, while a helmet-shaped dome of glass over the driver’s seat showcases the escapement and balance wheel. On the bumper, a bold “5” nods to the Tiffany & Co. flagship store’s famous Fifth Avenue address. The time is set by rotating the three-spoke steering wheel counterclockwise and the movement is wound by pulling the car back on a flat surface.
Every Tiffany & Co. purchase is presented in a Tiffany Blue Box®. Though this famed packaging dates to 1886, today it meets modern sustainability standards.
