Store purchases

Merchandise is accepted for exchange or credit, if returned in saleable condition in Singapore only, within 30 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales, e-receipt or gift receipt.  Gift recipients will be entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit redeemable only at Tiffany & Co. in Singapore.  Exchange of merchandise with gemstones is subject to gemological testing at the customer's expense.
 

Online purchases
